Alright, so I finished up my last blog post talking about the growth of the World Race this past year.

A big reason for that growth – other than God – is my
wonderful teammates from the January 2008 squad. It was such an honor,
and blast to lead them around the world, and it’s even cooler watching
them lead their own squads!

Let me start off with two wonderful ladies, Patrice Deaton and Gretchen Kiehlbaugh.
They left this past June to lead the June 2009 World Race squad. In my
opinion, what makes Gretchen and Patrice great leaders is they have a
huge passion to see their teammates experience real FREEDOM in Jesus!

Another awesome lady from my trip is Caroline Crawford.
She is a squad leader for the August race. Right now Caroline is in the
Middle East, or Eastern Europe maybe. I don’t know – it’s hard to keep
up:) Caroline is great at reading a situation, cutting through the
crap, and gently helping you get over yourself so that you can better
do the thing God has called you to do.

  Next up – Andi Wendel!
Andi recently left to lead the October squad. The love of Jesus
radiates off this girl! Andi is a great shepherd, she loves her team
deeply – and they know it!
Next year, Robby Riggs will squad lead one of the January squads. HA! Nobody laughs like Robby! He
knows how to have fun, and his presence in a room can change the
atmosphere. Dude’s got a HUGE heart to serve and his squad will be
blessed by it.

Now to Nate Evans – ole Nate! He’s heading out in January as well. Nate will be a team leader
next year, and one thing I know for certain – there won’t be any lack
of passionate exhortations in that group. Nate has got a great ability
to get people fired up. He loves the Lord – and his passion for Christ
is contagious.

These aren’t the only folks from my squad who have invested back into the World Race.

Matt Snyder
came on staff full-time back in January. Aside from being a talented
musician, Matt is a gifted writer and storyteller. He works in our
marketing department.

I know most of ya’ll know Kim Daniels. I’ve reposted a TON of
her videos on my blog. Kim is a full-time staffer with a passion for
telling stories through video. As you can see here – she is pretty good at it:) Kim also does a lot of work in our marketing department.

I don’t how we would have made it around the world back in 2008 if it wasn’t for Mark Stratmann. Not only does Mark have an amazing
heart, but a great logistical mind. Currently, you can find Mark
working his tail off in our logistics department. He connects with a
lot of our ministry contacts in the field, and makes sure things are
lined out for our World Race teams when they get to a country.

Now as you can see, here at the World Race
we are all about raising up leaders, or simply – waking up a
generation! We believe every person that comes on the trip has
leadership potential. Our goal is to tap into that potential and
challenge them to be the man, or woman the Lord is calling them to be.
Hey, it’s not all about the World Race either, this is just a program.
So we encourage people when they finish to follow their dreams, whether
that’s with us, or not.

There’s a lot of folks from my two World Races who
are not with the World Race, but they are in full-time ministry
somewhere. That’s what it’s all about, seeing God give folks a dream
and then going to live it out.

I’m proud of and love each and every one of my
teammates, whether they are in full-time ministry or not. We had a
blast bringing Kingdom to the nations together! It sure was fun:)

Gone, SEE YA, BYE!
